- Times are treated as clock values. Date-specific daylight-saving changes and time-zone differences are not included.
Common questions
How are minutes converted into decimal hours?
Divide the total working minutes by 60. For example, 45 minutes is 0.75 hours, so 7 hours 45 minutes is 7.75 decimal hours.
Should I enter paid breaks?
Only enter breaks you want deducted from the total. Your employer or payroll policy determines whether a break is paid.
